A Brief History of the Tudor Age is a well-researched book covering every aspect of life in England frombeginning with Henry VII, to which was the year of Elizabeth I's death.

Unfortunately, it makes for a very dry reading, forcing me to wish for maps instead of descriptions of what is at where, so there is definitely room for /5.
